How the products protect data
Each product is built and run separately and publishes its own security details. In summary:
RuleGenz
- Workspace data is hosted in London and encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Each organisation’s data is isolated by the database itself, not only by the application.
- Two-step login for everyone who can change rules, with single sign-on available.
- A complete audit log whose entries cannot be edited or deleted.
- You connect your own AI account, under your own agreements.
- You can download all your data at any time.
Newenz
- Data is held in London.
- Each company’s records are kept apart by the database itself.
- Two-step login is required for admins and managers.
- Role-based access and an audit trail of who changed what, and when.
- Account, owner and product names can be replaced before anything is stored.
GetHireIn and Hourline

Supplier and security reviews
We are used to supplier checks. Tell us what your procurement or IT team needs, such as company documents, a completed security questionnaire or data protection information for a particular product, and we will send it.
Reporting a security problem
If you think you have found a weakness in any of our products, please write to hello@deogratiaslabs.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your message and keep you informed while we fix it.
